Our Shipping Promise
All orders placed before 2 pm GMT Monday to Friday will be shipped on the same day. Orders placed after this time will be shipped on the following business day. Orders placed on a UK bank holiday will be shipped on the next business day. Please note, during sale this should be used as a guideline only and orders may take longer to dispatch.

Important information on our delivery partner DHL.
Our shipping partner, DHL, offers you the flexibility to make changes to your delivery while it’s on its way to you. Please note that if you choose to make any changes to your delivery (such as 'left in a safe place' or 'leave with a neighbour'), then Trunk and DHL cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that may occur. As such, we highly recommend shipping your order to a reliable address, such as your home or place of work or a trusted friend and making sure the order is always signed for.
Pick Up In-Store (London)
We offer a free and easy to use click & collect service from our London shop. To use this service, simply select Pick Up In Store at the checkout. You will then be notified by email when your order is ready to collect. To avoid disappointment, please do not attempt collection before you have been notified. Orders can be collected 7 days a week during store opening hours from 8 Chiltern Street, W1U 7QH. Orders should be collected within 14 days. Orders that are not collected within 14 days will be automatically refunded.
We offer a no hassle 14 day returns policy from the time of receipt. Items that are returned must be unworn, still in their original packaging and with their original tags attached.
How To Return Your Order
We offer free returns from within the UK using Collect+. All you need do is fill in the returns form that came with your order and then package up the item in the original packaging. Head to https://www.trunkclothiers.com/a/returns and enter your email address and order number. Select which items you would like to return and why and click submit. You will then receive a return label from Collect+ which can be printed out at home or at your nearest Collect+ point. Then simply drop your parcel off at whichever Collect+ point is nearest to you. You’ll receive proof of postage and a code to track your return online. If you would prefer to use a different service at your own cost, we always recommend using a tracked and signed for service.
Return Your Order In-Store
You can return your order to our 8 Chiltern Street store in London. Just be sure to include your delivery note and returns form.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have processed your refund and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately, we are unable to influence this.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Our stock is limited. To avoid disappointment, we strongly advise that you place a second order should you wish to exchange an item for a different size or colour. However, if you would like to exchange an item in your order or replace an item that is defective or damaged, please send an email to email@example.com so that we can reserve the requested item and advise on the returns procedure.

Our standard returns policy still applies to any and all items discounted in a sale or other promotional offer.
