Returns Policy
We offer a no hassle 14 day returns policy from the time of receipt. Items that are returned must be unworn, still in their original packaging and with their original tags attached.

How To Return Your Order
Customers are responsible for their own shipping and should consider using a trackable and signed for shipping service. To start your return, please visit our returns portal.

Can Trunk Provide A Return Label?
For customers in the United States a returns label can be supplied, the cost of which will be deducted from the total refund of your order. This courier service will collect from you and will ensure an easy passage through customs back to us, avoiding any unnecessary charges. The cost of this differs based on your exact location, though is fairly priced. Please email us for an exact quote for your address.

Returning Goods From Outside The UK?

When returning items from outside the UK please be sure to include 'Returned Goods' prominently at the top of the returns address and declare as 'returned goods' to the courier/postal service. This will prevent your return being delayed by UK customs and from incurring additional charges. If your return does incur additional charges these will be deducted from any applicable refund.

What If My Order Was Faulty Or Incorrect?

In the event that Trunk has made a mistake with your order, or you have received a faulty item, Trunk will provide return shipping, when and where possible.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have processed your refund and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. Your original shipping costs will be excluded unless the item is faulty. Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through Trunk. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Our stock is limited. To avoid disappointment we strongly advise that you place a second order should you wish to exchange an item for a different size or colour. However, if you would like to exchange an item in your order or replace an item that is defective or damaged, please send an email to so that we can reserve the requested item.

Sale Items (if applicable)

Our standard returns policy still applies to any and all items discounted in a sale or other promotional offer.
